I was putting together client campaigns this afternoon and really find it so amazing how many companies still do not take advantage of the great digital tools available to us today. What am I talking about specifically? Well, let me give you an example.
At Omni Digital Group we work with retailers who sell physical products. Whether that is in-store or online. If you are a good-sized retailer they will have many people going to their website. One of our customers on the West coast had just that, roughly 3,000 people a week. Now, as a retailer, wouldn't it be important to get back in front of people who say added something to their cart but did not reach the billing page or better yet the thank you page indicating a purchase? 1000% yes. These are people who had the INTENT to purchase but did not. With tools inside Facebook you have the ability to track that. Simply amazing!
Facebook knows if someone reached the payment page, did not add their payment method and exited the website. Here is the question.
