Text Message Marketing For Shoe Retailers

2. VIP Experience - You can make it an "exclusive" club for your customers. Where else do you do that in your business? Maybe no where. 3. Redemption Rate - We typically see a 5% redemption rate from our clients. If you have 1,000 loyal people on your text list that is 50 people redeeming and if you send 2 texts per month, which is what we recommend, you will see over $12,000 in sales at a $120 average order value. That is $144,000 per year. Time for growth!
4. Frequency - As stated above, we recommend sending 2 texts per month. One with a deal and then one that is a product feature or new release. I can't tell you how many times we've heard from client's that people have said, "I did not know you carried this brand". What if they were texted with 12 texts per year with top brands you carry?
5. Opt-in Methods - The most common opt-in methods we recommend to clients are done at the in-store level, website pop-up, time of purchase, graphics put in store, email lists, existing numbers, and generating leads on Facebook and Instagram through ads.
