Modern Day Follow-Up

We've all been there. We just got done researching a product online and then we go back to our Facebook and Instagram news feed and BAM there is the very product we were just searching for or the company. How do they do this? This company is retargeting you based on a piece of code they have installed on their website.

Here is what amazes me. 8/10 companies we work with at Omni Digital Group or call on still DO NOT have this installed on their website! What is this equivalent to retailers? That is like having someone come to your showroom floor or brick and mortar location, having them look around at the product, maybe even walking up to the register to PAY and then there being NO ONE there to help them complete the transaction or take their info to follow up with them. Do you want to know what it really means?

Lost sales. Period.
